When her fiancé uses their "celebrity pass" agreement, Midwest bride Gail Daughtry travels to Hollywood seeking revenge by pursuing her own celebrity encounter.
Following an betraying encounter between her Fiancé and Jennifer Aniston, Gail escapes to LA for a weekend with her best friend. Meeting with a psychic, she learns that the only way to repair her damaged relationship is to sleep with her Celebrity Sex Pass, Jon Hamm, not knowing that he's considered a white whale, and is very difficult to hunt down.
Gail slowly puts together a rag-tag team of lovable dopes with the skills it takes to infiltrate Jon Hamm's pants, however, unbeknownst to Gail, her luggage had been swapped with that of the Italian Mob, containing sensitive documents that could be used to bring down the global economy. Many will die in this bloodbath of a comedy, including one noteworthy character that gets their face punched off.
Together, our lovely protagonist, a witty gay hairdresser, an aspiring agent, a paparazzo who always gets his shots, even when they're almost impossible to get, and a surprising addition who aspires to the the right Wright brother, must protect these documents and use them for a "killer movie pitch" to get Jon Hamm to agree to speak with them, and pass by the sympathetic bodyguard whom relates to the story, having his own slippery tale of heartbreak.
Features cameos from Jennifer Aniston, Jon Hamm, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Penn Jillette, Henry Winkler, and many more!
Also Paul Rudd is there for like five seconds at the end to wink at the camera.
The movie features a star-studded cast, many laughs, and whilst the characters are all goofs, they have enough heart to lift a hot air balloon off of the ground.
